Leaping Lanny Poffo is out to read another poem.
POFFO:
A madman from Tehran, the Iron Sheik,
Is a formidable foe.
He once was the champ, but now it seems
He lost that belt in a row.
With an incredible giant, a mountain of a man
Andre I believe is his name.
Now broken and beaten by a Giant,
Will the Iron Sheik ever be the same?
At this the Iron Sheik attacked Poffo and the ref called for the bell.
MATCH #2
The Iron Sheik d. Leaping Lanny Poffo via submission with the CAMEL CLUTCH – **** – Poffo had Sheik’s number in this match and ran him ragged! He was close to winning several times and if it weren’t for Sheik’s loaded boot and interference by Classy Freddie Blassie, he may have just done it. The former champion picks up a win, barely, in a disgrace of a performance.
MATCH #3
THE BRITISH BULLDOGS d. THE BOLSHEVIKS via DQ when Freddie Blassie hit Dynamite Kid with his cane to break up a pin attempt – * – THE BRITISH BULLDOGS were using quick tags to keep Boris Zhukov from tagging out. They wore him down and made several near falls. Finally Blassie interfered and the ref called it!

Randy “Macho Man” Savage d. Koko B. Ware via pinfall after the FLYING ELBOW SMASH – SQUASH – After the match it was announced that Gordon Solie would interview Savage next week in response to Andre the Giant accepting his challenge for a title shot.
MATCH #5
S.D Jones d. Harley Race via DQ when Bundy and Rude stormed the ring and began beating S.D. Jones – *** – Officials come out to clear the ring as we crash to commercial. This feud between Harley Race and S.D. Jones is heating up!

Adonis and Hart wanted to talk about the TELEVISION TITLE but Piper had other ideas.
PIPER: That’s all well and good but what about the One Man Gang?
ADONIS: The One Man Gang? What about him? He’s a pathetic blob of a man who can’t hold a candle to the talent I have.
This brought out One Man Gang and things almost came to blows until Piper issued a challenge for a six-man tag! Adonis, Piper and Orton against One Man Gang and two partners of his choosing. Gang accepted! That match will happen on our next show!
